We had previously used CBRS for our two bathrooms and laundry, and we were so impressed with their work that when it came time to update our kitchen, we were really hoping they’d start offering kitchen renovations too. We were thrilled when they did!
At first, we were quite daunted by the prospect of changing the kitchen—there were so many options to consider. We had a few ideas, like removing the corner pantry, but we weren’t sure how best to use the space or make the layout as functional as possible.
From the very beginning, the CBRS team was incredibly helpful. Both Phil and Kalissa sat down with us, listened carefully to our ideas, and offered their own thoughtful suggestions. Throughout the entire process, they were collaborative, open, and always happy to talk through any ideas or changes we had. Their expert advice on layout and flow helped bring our vision to life.
During construction, every member of the team was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Every tradeperson did an outstanding job, and the quality of the craftsmanship is exceptional. The timeline was spot on—the only delay came from our decision to replace the flooring at the same time. The kitchen itself was completed exactly on schedule.
We are absolutely in love with our new kitchen! The space has been completely transformed, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process was seamless from start to finish.

We cannot thank Phil and Kalissa enough for the stunning bathroom they have given our home. The finished bathroom is so beautiful and functional. The huge custom made shaving cabinet and vanity has given us so much storage, which is exactly what we were after. Kalissa’s design advice took out all of the guess work for us with a new floor plan, which made our decisions so much easier. The Custom Bathroom team worked very hard with quality work, especially the tiling which is perfect! Their pride in what they do has really shone through with the final product.
