Shari is the Client Care & Operations Coordinator at CBRS and has been an integral part of the team for more than eight years. Shari plays a central role in guiding clients from the moment their project is approved right through to completion. She manages the behind-the-scenes operations that keep every renovation running smoothly, coordinating documentation, overseeing HBCF applications, reviewing selections, tracking orders, maintaining communication touchpoints, managing invoices, and making sure clients always know what to expect next.
